Over a thousand years ago, Ireland’s last High King, Brian Ború, ruled from Killaloe – a strategic crossing point on the River Shannon where trade, travel and power converged. Today, we honour the character and rich, storied past of our home. Guided by collaboration rather than convention, we work with some of the island’s finest independent distilleries, ageing exceptional Irish whiskey in carefully selected wine casks. The result is an Irish whiskey shaped by place, but never limited by it – outward- looking, collaborative and quietly confident. Killaloe – where ideas age well.

Housed on the banks of the River Shannon, Killaloe Whiskey Company opens the doors of The Whiskey Storehouse, an intimate whiskey tasting experience and bonded warehouse, in Summer 2026.

Situated at the heart of the Killaloe Community, the old Dairygold Co-Op building has been carefully transformed into an interactive, sensory whiskey experience, alongside a cask maturation warehouse.
